My background
Hi! I am Eric Sheasby. Owner and Lead of Heavy Maintenance LLC. I am a third generation carpenter and Builder. I have been working Northern Colorado since 2014. I believe in doing things right and building value in every aspect of my work.
My experience
I have been a builder almost all my life. From playing around the job site as a child to constructing roofs 120' off the ground, I have been around many different parts of the industry. In 2008 I started focusing on residential repair and remodel.
I moved to Colorado and formed Heavy Maintenance LLC in 2015. I found a home, a family, and a community in Fort Collins. It has been my honor to serve my community building amazing living spaces for Northern Colorado.
